ANNOUCEMENT: There is an issues with myCourses (Moodle LTI) connections to openNCCC using the Chrome Browser. Our support team at Open LMS has discovered that there were changes made to the samesite cookie in both Moodle and in Chrome. Chrome made some changes as to how they handle the cookie and Moodle Core made changes to try to go along with those changes. This issue is happening in courses accessed through Chrome and not in other browsers.
Our host company, Open LMS, has opened up an issue ticket with Moodle Core developers. This change will affect LTIs and other integrated resources until the cookie in Moodle Core is modified. This issue will affect any college using Moodle regardless of the hosting vendor.
We advise those needing to access an openNCCC resource, to use other browsers (not Chrome) until this issue is resolved or apply the following Chrome workaround:
