Log into myCourses and Access your Course

(1) Log into myCourses via the OneLogin Portal

  • Steps to Login: If you have not setup and logged into the OneLogin Portal, you will be redirected to the OneLogin Portal. After you log into the OneLogin Portal, select Log in link (upper right-hand corner of screen).
  • Unable to log into myCourses? Activate your New Student Account, Reset your COA password, or Set up the OneLogin Portal.

IMPORTANT: You must be a registered student (currently enrolled in a course) in order to log into myCourses. New students should have access to myCourses one week before the start of their class.

    1. Go to the Password Manager webpage and follow the instructions.
    2. Once you have successfully activated your Student account (or reset the password) - verify by logging into your OneLogin Portal to access your COA accounts: Gmail (must use the entire email address), MyService, and myCourses.

(2) Access your Course (available 1st Day of Class)

IMPORTANT: Your current semester course(s) will be made available and visible on the first day of your class(es) starting at 12:15am due to audit requirements.

View your Textbook Information

You may view your Textbook information (prior to the first day of classes) for each class on the Class Schedules webpage, select the current semester, locate the class in which you are registered, and click the "Textbook Info" link to view the listing(s).

Verify your Internet Browser for myCourses

Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome are COA's preferred* Internet browsers for myCourses (Moodle) and other 3rd Party vendor's software - good idea to have the latest version. Side Note: Google updates will sometimes make Google Chrome seem sluggish - Mozilla Firefox does not seem to have the same issue. Moodle 4.0 does NOT support Internet Explorer 11. Safari 7 and below have known compatibility issues with Moodle 4.0

  • After you log into myCourses (Moodle), there is a drop-down menu entitled “Help” containing quick links to free downloads.

Internet Browsers you may use in myCourses include Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Safari.
